Declare Freedom from Bad Performance

Whether it’s some stacked baseball team that’s literally dropping the ball in the playoffs or a middle manager who just plain sucks at his job, our society has little room for poor performance. It really doesn’t matter who you are or what you’re doing, if you’re not making the grade, changes will happen. It’s inevitable.  So this Fourth of July holiday, isn’t it time you took a stand against mediocrity and failure? At Green Lumber, we say yes! Declare your freedom from bad performance.

When it comes to man’s favorite pastime (you know, it involves a horizontal dance with a lady friend) we have little patience in failing to get the job done. Or start the job, for that matter. That’s why improving male sexual performance, by whatever means necessary, is a multi-billion-dollar industry. There are a lot of players, but as you might expect most of them suck.

So why the demand? What’s preventing so many guys from being, well, “stand up” guys? It’s important to take a look at some of the biggest causes of not being able to step up to the plate. First, there’s whisky. We joke. But in all seriousness, excessive alcohol use does have an acute (too much drinking in one sitting) and a chronic affect on being able to get it up and keep it up.  Obviously, the long-term affects of drinking too excessive amounts of alcohol as a lifestyle choice won’t bode way for being fit in the bedroom as you age.

However, the largest contributor is your mind, believe it or not. Are you down, depressed or just doubting yourself a bit? Well, the brain is the largest erogenous zone and you should be paying attention to getting your mind right. Do that, and everything else locks into place.

You’ll also want to take a look at what medicines you’re currently taking or have just started taking. Many drugs are notorious for affecting both libido and actual performance. Blood pressure drugs, pain medications, and antidepressants come with a warning on the label that they could cause sexual effects. Please, pay attention to that. Often, drug interactions can cause issues for men, too.  Ask your doctor about what mixtures to avoid. And let’s face it, no one likes issues.

Stress plays a role, too. Whether it’s worry about work responsibilities, problems with relationships at home or the Meta affects of sexual performance anxiety — a.k.a. over-obsessing about trying to get or stay hard — stress does not help men in the bedroom. So grab a stress ball, do some yoga and relax, fellas.

This should come as no surprise, but fat dudes don’t get fat wood. Not only does   being out of shape cloud your mindset and lower your self-esteem, it also results in lower levels of testosterone — that’s key hormone that makes men, well men. Testosterone helps men spike sex drive as well as producing and keeping erections. But carrying extra weight can produce higher blood pressure and hardening of the arteries that inevitable slows or stymies blood flow to the penis.  And if you’re a smoker, good luck. Smoking certainly does not help blood flow and circulation, especially as you age.

Because blood flow to the penis is directly responsible for erections, medical conditions that involve the blood vessels can contribute to erectile dysfunction. Atherosclerosis, vascular disease, diabetes, hormonal imbalances, certain operations as well as other physical disorders can affect male sexual performance- and not in a good way.

Of course, addressing any of the aforementioned ailments, factors and conditions that may cause you problems in the sack should be priority number one for men. But men aren’t the only ones who experience sexual performance problems. For different reasons, women are looking for help, too.

See, many of our female friends are also searching for more ways to get a little bit spunkier. That’s why these days, we’re seeing new products every day strictly created to stimulate female libido. In other words, women want a piece of the proverbial action as well. So this very human desire to be at the top of our sexual game isn’t just limited to men. Despite the old “I’ve got a headache joke.”

(Note: And in full disclosure, we at Green Lumber are also looking at other all-natural recipes that also help our lady friends ‘flood the basement’ as this blog is published More on that later.)

A recent articles document how Americans are using less condoms and having sex once a week almost 10% less than they did in the early 1970’s. This begs the question, if sex is overall down, shouldn’t we be jumping on (yes, pun intended) each and every opportunity to get laid with full steam ahead.  Yes, yes we should, especially in the summertime, right?

The Fourth of July is basically the nation’s biggest celebration of what it means to be American. And apparently there’s a direct correlation to summertime and the likelihood an American (most likely like yourself) will have more sex. According to Maxim Magazine, sunlight plays the biggest part because of its ability to produce serotonin in the body, a key neurotransmitter that ultimately produces feeling of euphoria, confidence and overall a good-sense of well being. We tend to agree.

Remember there’s always more to it than meets the eye. Our culture (and impressive marketing) has dictated to us what a “good time” over the Fourth should look like; picture boating, bikinis and beer - not necessarily in that order.  And while all of the above is well and good, the bottom line is that your entire mind, body and spirit has to be engaged if you’re going to do this sex thing right. One needs the other, which needs the other. It’s never as topical, vapid and materialistic as Madison Avenue portrays it. Nor is it the healthiest.

It’s pretty much a guarantee. Choosing a more healthy lifestyle, getting exercise, eating better and improving your overall mental and physical health will have positively impact your ability to get laid more. No matter what’s going on, addressing some of these core problems will produce a better outcome.

Of course, it doesn’t hurt if you’re using the only 100% all-natural fuel for men in the form of Green Lumber. Using only all-natural ingredients sourced from rainforests across Southeast Asia, this is the only product that’s 100% safe for everybody.  It’s the perfect mixture of herbs and plant extracts that has been proven for centuries to help you focus and improve on all three aspects of yourself. Once you can start to do that, all issues you may have with male performance seemingly fall into place.

So go forth, and get more 100% all-natural wood!
